I’m so grateful that I found Bio-One to help me after suddenly losing my husband. Nicole was amazingly empathetic, kind, and prompt with my situation. She got me scheduled the same day for bio-hazard cleaning. Kristina and her son were the techs who showed up. They were professional and discreet. Kristina was also empathetic and so kind. She and her son went above and beyond to get everything taken care of for me. I so appreciate not only a job well done, but also the care and compassion that was shown to me in my time of grief. From the moment of my first contact with Bio-One and speaking with Nicole, I knew that I'd be dealing with professionals. Nicole was amazing in arranging an initial site visit and promptly provided us with a VERY fair proposal that was within our budget. The two main workers, Mia and Eric, were extremely professional and hardworking. They were also some of the sweetest and kindest people I've met. They arrived on time each day and worked straight through. They may have taken a break but I can't say for sure because they were always working when I saw them! They were extremely respectful of the items in the home and of my elderly mother who lives there. It wasn't easy for her to let go of 30+ years of stuff and Mia and Eric made the process very gentle and easy on her. The job was competed on time and everything was done based on the contract. Nicole was always a phone call away and she was always available to answer questions and address any concerns that we had. I highly recommend this company hands down! I promise you will not be dissapointed!

I hired Bio-One for an emergency clean up job at our senior living facility in Albuquerque. I am very impressed with Nicole, she made its super easy and convenient to get my situation taken care of. Once the techs arrived on site they jumped into high gear and got everything taken care of in less than an hour. Mia and Brittany where so kind, considerate and even walked the area several times to ensure nothing was missed. Bio-One is now on my contacts list for any future needs. Great team!!!

Nicole was so easy to work with and fit our cleaning into her schedule fast. Mia and Bianca were our technicians and were very thorough. Our camper was recently stolen and was retrieved by APD luckily, but unfortunately was completely filled with trash and food. After googling and speaking with several places, I came in contact with Bio-One. Nicole came out and met with me the very next day to take a look at the camper and put together a proposal. She had very open communication the whole time. We spoke the entire 2 days going back and forth with the details. It was like talking to a friend and not just a company there to do a job. I was very comfortable with having her at my home and would highly recommend them for any services!
