Bio one was great! They helped us during the hardest time of our life. Our mother had passed away. The house needed bio hazard cleaning and lots of organizing and cleaning out house. Nicole helped us everyday and she was kind and supportive. Bio one made the process easier by having a truck for our trash and by taking all the donations. Nicole was great at communicating with us from the beginning until the end. Farmers insurance recommended Bio One and we agree that they are a terrific company. Nicole was willing to help us with anything that we needed. We are thankful for working with bio one and especially Nicole during this difficult time.

I drove down from Denver to see My elderly Father and it was not a pretty site . I needed help quickly as I only had a couple days . I called Nicole at Bio one who answers the phone day and night . I told I didn't have time or much money because of our economy lately. She understood and helped Me and got the worst apt or home I've ever seen looking brand new . The team she sent were so kind they even organized My Dad's stuff it was unbelievable and brought a tear to My eye . Great service and a affordable rate . I would use this service again and again .

She definitely made what was a very hard situation very smooth and easy and communicated very well with me. She went above and beyond to also communicate with me on a professional basis and also extended out an arm on a personal basis. It was like i was working with a friend during this whole situation.
