Nicole and her team helped my elderly neighbor when she needed help to Move into a nursing home. Her house needed a lot of help, and Nicole worked tirelessly on the job, which took many weeks to complete. The job included loading articles and trash that filled two commercial dumpsters, cleaning the house, working with the city to turn off utilities that weren’t up to code, working with the home owner who was suffering from dementia, and interfacing with her neighbors to ensure everyone was informed. She made a difficult situation into a workable one that helped the home owner and her neighbors. The home owner is now safe, her home is safe again, and all because of Nicole’s incredible effort. An angel and one in a million! Love her!

Nicole has the heart of a an angel. From the second I put an inquiry on the internet to help with a really bad hoarded home (she called me in less than a minute) to her follow up during and throughout the entire process, I knew that I was in the right hands. Mia and Brittany are truly two amazingly sweet, kind and STRONG people who walked into something I couldn’t, and made it possible to get my father back into his home after a stroke. The entire process communication was on point, they were fast and thorough and everyone was so professional with no judgement.
