Nicole Portillo and Bio One were a God send. Working with my sister to have her belongings moved from my parents’ home so a sale of the house can benefit us as an inheritance through the Estate. Kris & Chris who were the on site workers were terrific.

It was a phone call no multifamily owner ever wants to get, I was saddened to hear one of my tenants had lost all hope and committed suicide in one of my units. I panicked. I had no idea what to do after the police and family were notified and....I live out of town! Bio-One came out to see the unit, sent me an estimate, explained everything to me over the phone, and even told me that most major insurance companies cover the cost. They Kept both myself and my property management up to date on everything. They handled it in a very professional, sensitive way. Bio-One did an excellent job with the clean up and sent before and after pictures. I highly recommend this company!

Bio-one is a company that is there when you really need help. They are professional, compassionate, and patient. They take the time to really listen and work out a plan that takes into consideration your needs and time. The staff come in their own vehicles with all the necessary equipment and never stop working. At the end, they remove all the trash, discreetly. They deal with the anxiety, so you don't have to. Highly recommend! We worked with this company as we were moving into our new house which had a cat urine smell. They were in there the day after closing and had everything done in two days so we could move in asap! Great price and they were also so friendly and sweet. Excellent communication !
