A very sad and shocking day for our family. Nicole immediately got to work on a plan to mitigate the problem. Mia arrived on time and stayed on the job until all was taken care of. Our family is out of town so we received before and after pictures. A friend who lives in the area was there to observe before and after. She said Mia did a wonderful job.Nicole and Mia were very compassionate when dealing with our family.

Most thorough, loving, kind, professional, knowledgeable, willing to clean the most gross of stuff ( animal poo, maggots, knats in refrigerator, animal urine soaked) with no judgement. Must hire them!

CALL them, do not hesitate. The team is respectful and will follow your requests. I had a deep cleaning performed by Bio One because I have been unable to physically do it myself. I have to say, my kitchen floor was not this immaculate when I moved in. The crew moves quickly and efficiently. Bio One does their best to help you as best they can. When my boyfriends father passed away very unexpectedly we were very much at a loss for what to do. He had been gone for nearly 2 weeks without us knowing and the shock alone was horrific to deal with. We were quite sure where to turn her what to do add that to the grief And you have a recipe for disaster. We called Bio- One Unknowing what exactly they would do. Little did we know that we would be cared for so incredibly well. Nicole was on site at the house the same day. She was kind courteous respectful and allowed us our dignity while still Telling us what we needed to know and helping us get the job done. We didn’t lift a finger. She did everything and kept us in the loop at every step of the process. I cannot even begin to imagine what this would have been like without her help. She even worked with our home insurance directly to help us with a ridiculous deductible. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. I hope I never have to use them again. But I know if anyone I care about ever did need them I would recommend them without hesitation.

I’m so grateful that I found Bio-One to help me after suddenly losing my husband. Nicole was amazingly empathetic, kind, and prompt with my situation. She got me scheduled the same day for bio-hazard cleaning. Kristina and her son were the techs who showed up. They were professional and discreet. Kristina was also empathetic and so kind. We hired BioOne to clean out a relative’s home. They communicated well and completed the job effectively. There were delays, but they immediately communicated they why, and so was satisfied with the final result. Honestly, I thought it was a tough job and they handled it like pro’s.
