I called this company to get and estimate for a home that had a hoarding situation. Nicole showed up and she immediately inspired confidence and relief. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The estimate was sent promptly with options available. I would definitely recommend them to anyone going through a difficult cleanup situation.

After a futile search for hoarding/hazard cleaning services in the Taos area, I contacted Bio-One in Albuquerque. We had some difficulties due to the rural location on a narrow dirt road, where it was not possible to put a dumpster. Nicole was patient and very supporting while I searched for a garbage hauler who could meet our needs, texting back and forth with me over the holiday weekend. When the Bio-One team arrived they got right to work every day, worked with us on site to sort through anything that needed to be saved and took on cleaning jobs that were beyond what any of the rest of us were able or wiling to do. Kris and her team rolled with the punches when our hauler had vehicle problems and couldn’t make it for the last 2 days. She arranged for the shuttle of a box truck and took out the last of the garbage herself. We are extremely happy with the job they did>

Ask for Nicole!! We contacted Bio-One for a client and Nicole was so kind and patient. While our client has postponed the cleanup, I found my communication with Nicole to be incredibly helpful. She answered every question and made the customer feel at ease (which, for the type of clean-up she does, is the most important thing she can do!) I highly recommend contacting Bio-One!!!

Bio-One assisted my family in an unfortunate find we unearthed in our new home. Kris came all the way out to our place in the East Mountains and did a great job fixing up a job that someone else covered up and hid under the floor. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. You were on time, professional, caring, and provided quality service. This is a team of incredible people who care and understand what you're going through. It's not easy to deal with a death and if you need a team to come help restore your home and help you move on, these are the folks to call. 10/10.

Bio one was very empathetic and hardworking. They were trustworthy. Bio one looked for ways to help my dad (who's apartment they cleaned) and it helped us deal with the emergency.
