I am so thankful for the Bio-One team. From my very first phone call in a panic they put me at ease. We were treated with tremendous compassion, respect and professionalism. Their communication and guidance was incredible. I am so thankful to have worked with someone so excellent at their job but also good human beings. The Bio-One team changed my family’s quality of life and I can’t ever repay them for what they’ve done for my family. They handled everything, absolutely everything. I highly recommend them and absolutely trust this business.

This is a review I never thought I would have to write, but unfortunately I was in need of Bio-One's services after my father unexpectedly passed away in his home. I am so grateful I found Bio-One as I was completely lost in such a difficult time. Even though I live out of state, Nicole was so responsive and able to begin cleanup of my father's home so quickly. She did an amazing job. Not only that, her kindness and compassion brought me peace during this devastating time. Nicole truly went above and beyond. She really is an angel! I would absolutely recommend Bio-One to anyone in need of similar services.

Bio-One did an excellent job for me on short notice. I needed mouse droppings cleaned from a large shed, on shelving and floor. The two techs who came out were great to work with; the area was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Gave me peace of mind to have a clean and safe shed again. Highly recommend.

Bio one was great! They helped us during the hardest time of our life. Our mother had passed away. The house needed bio hazard cleaning and lots of organizing and cleaning out house. Nicole helped us everyday and she was kind and supportive. Bio one made the process easier by having a truck for our trash and by taking all the donations. Nicole was great at communicating with us from the beginning until the end. Farmers insurance recommended Bio One and we agree that they are a terrific company. Nicole was willing to help us with anything that we needed. We are thankful for working with bio one and especially Nicole during this difficult time.

Nicole and her team we very quick to respond and did a fantastic job. I was always informed and kept in the loop, very professional.

My brother passed away suddenly in his bed 5 to 10 days before he was discovered and we live out of state. We tried to contact the other guys but they never answered the phone or returned a message. So we called Bio One. Nicole answered on a Sunday and then worked their schedule to meet our arrival in Santa Fe. Bio one was very helpful given the distress we felt. Because of the order Bio One brought in some major ozone devices to run at night so that we could work on clearing the house out during the day. Bio One submitted the paper work to the insurance company for us. We found Bio One to be accomadting and sensitive to our challenge and would recommend using them. Dave Nicholas"
