Our loved passed away unattended in Albuquerque. We live out of state so we contacted BioOne to help us with the clean-up of his home prior to our arrival. Nicole and her team arrived on-site right away and took care of everything for us. They are compassionate, professional and thorough. They even helped us with filing the insurance claim. Ask for Nicole!! We contacted Bio-One for a client and Nicole was so kind and patient. While our client has postponed the cleanup, I found my communication with Nicole to be incredibly helpful. "Nicole and her team helped my elderly neighbor when she needed help to Move into a nursing home. Her house needed a lot of help, and Nicole worked tirelessly on the job, which took many weeks to complete. The job included loading articles and trash that filled two commercial dumpsters, cleaning the house, working with the city to turn off utilities that weren’t up to code, working with the home owner who was suffering from dementia, and interfacing with her neighbors to ensure everyone was informed. She made a difficult situation into a workable one that helped the home owner and her neighbors. The home owner is now safe, her home is safe again, and all because of Nicole’s incredible effort. An angel and one in a million! Love her!"

When my boyfriends father passed away very unexpectedly we were very much at a loss for what to do. He had been gone for nearly 2 weeks without us knowing and the shock alone was horrific to deal with. We were quite sure where to turn her what to do add that to the grief And you have a recipe for disaster. We called Bio- One Unknowing what exactly they would do. Little did we know that we would be cared for so incredibly well. Nicole was on site at the house the same day. She was kind courteous respectful and allowed us our dignity while still Telling us what we needed to know and helping us get the job done. We didn’t lift a finger. She did everything and kept us in the loop at every step of the process. I cannot even begin to imagine what this would have been like without her help. She even worked with our home insurance directly to help us with a ridiculous deductible. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. I hope I never have to use them again. But I know if anyone I care about ever did need them I would recommend them without hesitation.

I found the compassion shown by Mia to be very comforting in a horrible situation. And Bianca was very thorough and really got after it. A great couple of girls that represented bio-one well.

Our home was an absolute mess due to illness in the family; it was embarrassing. Bio-one came in and went work turning our house from a dump into palace.
