I worked with Nicole, who was absolutely amazing and extremely caring to myself and situation, to understand the clean up process and how to navigate a hoarding house. Nicole always showed up on time, gave great examples of how they would perform work, and she was so generous with her time and compassion. I will highly recommend her services and appreciate everything she does. Nicole was able to search and locate childhood pictures and mementos that either I had forgotten were in the house or didn’t know they existed. She was fast and diligent in her work.

Bio-one is a company that is there when you really need help. They are professional, compassionate, and patient. They take the time to really listen and work out a plan that takes into consideration your needs and time. The staff come in their own vehicles with all the necessary equipment and never stop working. At the end, they remove all the trash, discreetly. They deal with the anxiety, so you don't have to. I am grateful they came to my aid in a time of great need. I would highly recommend them!

Nichole & her team are amazing!They cleaned a traumatic situation for us and did a great job so my family wouldn’t have to ourselves! They were so kind and efficient and didn’t take an excessive amount of time out of the day. They were very affordable for being an emergency clean up as well! I need to express the great care we were given by Nicole. . . The minute I heard her trusting voice. . .my heart was at ease.I felt like a true friend was taking care of me. She stayed in constant contact with me and when her job was done she continued to reach out and check on my family and I. Hands down I would recommend Nicole a thousand times over. The workers are very hardworking considering their age. Now days you can’t find young people to work as hard and thorough as they did. They never once complained how much they did or how heavy it was. They all worked as a team and got the job done. They are very understanding, caring, and respectful on the situation you’re in. They complete a job until it is up to the customers satisfaction.

I have tried three biohazard clean-up companies in the past year for an ill family member who cannot take care of themselves and refuses outside help. Of the three, Bio-One fulfilled all of our needs and followed through with the agreed upon plan. The service was affordable, friendly, and straight-forward which I greatly appreciated given the circumstances.
