My sister passed unexpectedly alone at her home. I had to travel from Florida to settle her affairs. I was fortunate to contact Nicole for unattended death clean up. She was very responsive and offered to help in any way. She and her crew got the job done promptly and professionally. I will always be grateful for the personal and compassionate touch Nicole provided during this difficult time.

It was a pleasure coordinating with Nicole. She is professional, compassionate and brave to go into the homes not knowing what to expect lol. Nicole was kind, persistent and an active listener. She responded promptly to my every text and call regarding the job and provided progress photos as they worked the project. Serving the most difficult population and situations with a smile on her face :)

I recently worked with Bio-One Alb for some clean up at my mom's apartment. They went above and beyond to get her apartment back to a safe and sanitary place for her to live. They were very responsive to calls and texts and very professional and very pleasant to deal with. The technicians were on time and treated my mom with respect with no judgement, just there to help her. I would definitely recommend Bio-One and if I ever need to, will definitely use them again!

Bio-One assisted my family in an unfortunate find we unearthed in our new home. Kris came all the way out to our place in the East Mountains and did a great job fixing up a job that someone else covered up and hid under the floor. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. You were on time, professional, caring, and provided quality service. This is a team of incredible people who care and understand what you're going through. It's not easy to deal with a death and if you need a team to come help restore your home and help you move on, these are the folks to call. 10/10.

"Nicole and her team helped my elderly neighbor when she needed help to Move into a nursing home. Her house needed a lot of help, and Nicole worked tirelessly on the job, which took many weeks to complete. The job included loading articles and trash that filled two commercial dumpsters, cleaning the house, working with the city to turn off utilities that weren’t up to code, working with the home owner who was suffering from dementia, and interfacing with her neighbors to ensure everyone was informed. She made a difficult situation into a workable one that helped the home owner and her neighbors. The home owner is now safe, her home is safe again, and all because of Nicole’s incredible effort. An angel and one in a million! Love her!"

Nicole at Bio-One Albuquerque pulled off a miracle. She worked with me to clear out several years’ worth of accumulated junk, resolve a mouse infestation including identifying and blocking mouse entry points, clean up a significant pet mess, assemble and place furniture that had never been put together, and go through boxes of belongings that had never been unpacked upon my move to the area several years ago. She even took things that I wanted to donate to the appropriate people and places that can use them, which is something I know I never would have gotten around to doing myself. Nicole is extremely empathetic and knowledgeable about how to organize things so that the problems she solves don’t recur. She and her team were professional, communicative, showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would. They were kind, patient and pleasant to work with. Nicole walked into a situation that was overwhelming and embarrassing for me and immediately put me at ease with her calm demeanor and knowledge of how to fix the situation. She worked with me one-on-one every day and called in her team members when appropriate for things like hauling away junk, so nothing was ever left for me to handle on my own. I couldn’t be more impressed or happy with the work Bio-One did for me. Nicole gave me back my home.
