Loss of a sister is devastating, especially when you now are the last surviving family member. Nicole and her team are absolutely amazing. She helped make one of the most difficult times in our life so much less painful. Beyond the fantastic cleaning of a horrific situation, Nicole helped walk us through every step of the way. Unexpected end of life is overwhelming on every level but with people like Nicole and her team we have been able to begin moving forward.

I had been living with piles and piles of trash in all my spaces for over a year before I started reaching out to companies for help. I had contacted 10-15 places on a frantic Saturday, not expecting a fast response. Nicole with Bio One responded to me not only immediately, but with COMPASSION and EMPATHY for what I was going through. Together we made a plan, and four days later she met me in my embarrassingly disgusting apartment and got to work. Throughout the entire process she communicated with me what was happening as I was too embarrassed to stay there while her team worked. They got more done in one day than I could’ve in months. Never once did they make me feel ashamed or embarrassed with anything they did. They sorted through my piles and piles of trash to make sure nothing important would get thrown away. Bio One has changed my life. After just a couple short days of work (I live on the third floor in a walk up if you can imagine how laborious it must’ve been to get box truck after box truck full of trash to the dump), my apartment is completely changed. They organized my kitchen. They washed my dishes. They got the nasty bugs out of my sink and fridge. They cleaned a bathroom that was disgusting. They got my sinks going full power again. They went through my pantry and got rid of moldy food. They made sure I was ok with each step of the process. This is the first time in this apartment that I am able to have a Christmas tree. My dogs have a safe home. I have my life back. Anyone can be hired to throw away trash. But I truly believe that it takes a special type of person to sift through it, clean a home with kindness, and treat the client with compassion and understanding. I felt such despair prior to having Bio One come help me. The estimate was fast (the day I first messaged them), the price was EXTREMELY reasonable, and it is honestly really nice they they want to help you and will work with you. They put the PERSON 1st.

I hired Bio-One for an emergency clean up job at our senior living facility in Albuquerque. I am very impressed with Nicole, she made its super easy and convenient to get my situation taken care of. Once the techs arrived on site they jumped into high gear and got everything taken care of in less than an hour. Mia and Brittany where so kind, considerate and even walked the area several times to ensure nothing was missed. Bio-One is now on my contacts list for any future needs. Great team!!!

Bio-One saved me! I had to evict my tenants as they had really trashed my house. When I went in I was appalled of how dirty it was and there were several cats left behind with no food, water or litter box so the place smelled disgustingly. The floors had so much dirt on them you couldn’t tell they were brick and the walls above the fireplaces black with soot. Nicole and Kris really saved me! The floors look like brick, the mouse dirt is out of the cabinets and disinfectd, the disgusting refrigerator sparkles, the walls were all vacuumed or washed down and ready for paint, smelly kitty soiled carpet removed… I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them if you are ever in a situation where you are totally overwhelmed. I certainly was! I will use them again if ever the need but hopefully there won’t be any. I will however sing their praises to anyone who will listen. 😊

First off I have to start with Nicole. She was pleasant and very helpful from the beginning. She definitely made what was a very hard situation very smooth and easy and communicated very well with me. She went above and beyond to also communicate with me on a professional basis and also extended out an arm on a personal basis. It was like i was working with a friend during this whole situation. She and her team were of great help and more than willing to go above and beyond what they had to, to fulfil their "jobs". Nicole's team treated myself and our property with great care and professionalism. They were very personable, caring and once again went above and beyond to help. Bio-One did an excellent job for me on short notice. I needed mouse droppings cleaned from a large shed, on shelving and floor. The two techs who came out were great to work with; the area was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Gave me peace of mind to have a clean and safe shed again. Highly recommend.
