About Us

I had a hoarding problem, I called several companies getting quoted 7,000-10,000. With no options for payment plans. Until I found and called Nicole, she was kind and patient and took her time to get me an estimate I could afford and worked with me so I could make payments. Then she had her teams come and work their magic. And it went from hoarder mess to cleaned up in 3 days. Her teams were so kind and understanding and handled everything with the utmost respect and were so non judgemental. Nicole and her teams are truly angels on earth.

Thank you guys so much for all of your help! Everyone was so nice, caring and friendly. Everyone communicated amazingly with us and it was done quickly. Thank you so much!!!

I found Bio One and had one of their employees- Nicole come into my moms house to assess it. She was so kind and understanding of my mom’s situation. Although they could have done the job and done it well , Nicole choose to not take the job because it would not benefit my mom at all. Nicole did give me information that would help my mom. That information started the “ball rolling” and my mom is now in a better living situation. Thank you Nicole for all your help.

Recently having an unexpected death in the family and not knowing how to handle our situation, Nicole walked us through step by step with kindness and respect. I truly appreciated working with her as she made the issue at hand as effortless as possible for my family. Nicole went above and beyond to help us with our situation and the work completed was well done. Thank you Nicole, you are so appreciated.

Nicole, Kris and their team did an excellent job. Their professionalism, kindness, sensitivity to our situation, and thoroughness in providing quality cleaning services was all done with excellence and utmost care. They are truly gifted to be working in this profession.

They are amazing people. They have helped me so much. You can put your trust in Nicole and her teams.

Bio-One assisted my family in an unfortunate find we unearthed in our new home. Kris came all the way out to our place in the East Mountains and did a great job fixing up a job that someone else covered up and hid under the floor. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. You were on time, professional, caring, and provided quality service. This is a team of incredible people who care and understand what you're going through. It's not easy to deal with a death and if you need a team to come help restore your home and help you move on, these are the folks to call. 10/10.

Nicole and the entire team acted with professionalism and compassion in helping us clean after the passing of a family member at home. The care they took with each detail made the process easy and as painless as possible. They are the only company I would call if I need this type of service again.

I worked with Nicole, who was absolutely amazing and extremely caring to myself and situation, to understand the clean up process and how to navigate a hoarding house. Nicole always showed up on time, gave great examples of how they would perform work, and she was so generous with her time and compassion. I will highly recommend her services and appreciate everything she does. Nicole was able to search and locate childhood pictures and mementos that either I had forgotten were in the house or didn’t know they existed. She was fast and diligent in her work.

Ms. Portillo and staff were a huge blessing to our family! After being quoted up to $32,000 for unattended death cleanup from other companies, Ms. Portillo was so compassionate and kind when speaking to me about our situation. She reassured me that her pricing was reasonable and far below those that we had spoken to before. She quickly scheduled a time for the staff to come out and assess the cleanup requirements, thoroughly communicated with me about costs and timeframe and then had her team go to work. She will never understand the blessing that she and this company have been to my family. I don’t have the words to express how thankful we are for what they did for us.
